Chiman Luk, LMT

Certified Massage Therapist

I graduated in 2006 from the Swedish Institute in Manhattan, NY. After receiving my New York State license, I moved to San Francisco and began working in the summer of 2007.

Working primarily in medical settings such as chiropractic and acupuncture clinics shaped the way I approach bodywork. Over time, I developed the habit of easing muscle tension by looking beyond the surface. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work to understand and address the underlying causes, whether they are physical, emotional, or often a combination of both.

I specialize in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports stretching, and Swedish massage.

In my spare time, you will usually find me on Steam teaming up with friends for RTS games, doing arts and crafts while listening to music, or having philosophical and metaphysical conversations with friends.

G, CSCS

Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialst

Hello, my name is G. I’m a graduate of California State University, Monterey Bay with a B.S. in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

As a former junior college basketball player at Monterey Peninsula College, I developed a strong passion for performance training and athletic development. I’ve also worked in physical therapy clinics, where I gained valuable experience helping individuals through rehabilitation and learning how to modify exercises to meet each person’s needs.

These experiences have shaped my approach to coaching—I enjoy working closely with people, helping them move better, get stronger, and build confidence in their fitness journey. In my free time, I like playing basketball, lifting weights, going on hikes, and enjoying the outdoors.
