Foot pain is THE WORST especially since we stand on them all day. I spend a lot of time barefoot because of my Asian upbringing and also because of martial arts so I have had a chance to develop iron feet.

However, it is important to consider footwear which is a part of the picture that is often neglected (See Video)

Here are my pro tips on building IRON FEET:

  1. Subtalar neutral: Locate a neutral ankle position
  2. Arch lifts in sitting: Practice lifting your arch while sitting
  3. Arch lifts in standing: Progress to lifting your arches while standing
